Job summary

Zohorecruit, based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a Head of Retail Operations to lead our F&B/Convenience Store retail network. The position requires mentoring Operations/Area Managers, overseeing budgeting and P&L, managing inventory, and implementing customer-focused strategies across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in retail operations, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership or multi-site role.
• Proven track record of managing and developing Operations/Area Managers across multiple locations.
• Strong budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop Operations/Area Managers across locations.
• Oversee retail operations ensuring policy alignment and customer focus.
• Lead rollout of customer-focused sales strategies across Sales & Operations.
• Drive retail planning, budgeting, and financial target achievement.
• Translate strategy into practical retail plans to hit sales and profitability.
