Job summary

Ideal candidates have a marketing degree and at least 2 years' digital marketing experience, with strong English and Malay language skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in digital or social media marketing
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO concepts
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Melay, and Chinese
• Familiarity with design or video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor company's social media platforms to increase engagement and followers
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories) according to marketing plans
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Work closely with the creative and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Handle and manage e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or company website), including product listing, promotion setup, and order coordination
• Assist in managing website content, SEO, and online advertising campaigns
• Research digital trends and competitors' activities to improve marketing effectiveness
