You will conduct frequent on-site visits to customer factories to understand MRO procurement needs, and you will take over opportunities from sales to plan category layout for the local market. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain/Procurement or related fields.
• 1–5 years MRO industry experience with knowledge of tools, PPE, chemicals.
• Fluent in Chinese and business English for on-site communication and reporting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia for site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct frequent on-site visits to customer factories to understand MRO procurement demands.
• Take over opportunities from sales, plan category layout and mid- to long-term strategy for Malaysia.
• Research local MRO market, analyze competitors and optimize product portfolio to lift sales and gross profit.
• Collaborate with procurement and supplier teams to optimize supply structure and SKU mix.
• Track sales, inventory and margins, producing regular analysis and optimization plans.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics to align supply with demand and ensure delivery.
• Support regional localization of category strategies and expand product resources for Malaysian clients.
