Schmaco Auto Parts Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Mould Maker to review and analyse drawings, develop moulds, repair and maintain tooling, and ensure accuracy of dimensions.

You will operate various machines, keep equipment in safe condition, report problems, and perform related duties as assigned, contributing to the production of rubber automotive parts for local and overseas markets.

Competenze

Review and analyze specifications of drawings and products.
Develop, build and service moulds, inspection tooling, fixtures and related equipment.
Operate various machines following correct procedures and instructions.
Maintain machines and tools in safe, clean condition and ready for use.
Measure mould cavity dimensions to ensure accuracy.
Report perceived problems with machines, moulds and tooling to supervisor.

Mansioni

Inspect the quality and finish of moulds and tooling.
Use appropriate tools for machining functions and fix mould damages as required.
Keep moulds and equipment in designated locations and maintain maintenance schedules.
Adhere to company rules and safety regulations as stated in appointment letter.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

To review and analyse specifications of drawings and products;
To develop, build and service moulds, inspection tooling, fixtures and etc. as per job given;
To operate various machines according to correct procedures and instructions;
To ensure machine are well maintained and free form default before operating and after used;
To ensure tools and materials are correct according to job order;
To measure mould cavity of machining jobs for the accuracy of dimensions;
To report to superior on perceived problems with machine, moulds, support equipment and etc;
To perform inspection on the quality and finishing of the mould;
To use and fix the right type of tools for machining job function;
To repair mould damages from the production floor as required;
To ensure moulds are kept in the right location;
To maintain tools, equipment and machineries in safe and neat conditions and according to maintenance schedule;
To adhere to the company's rules & regulations as stipulated in the appointment letter;
To perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
