Job summary

You will set up work instructions, test new moulds, record machine parameters, and ensure proper storage and filing of mould settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise moulding line activities to ensure smooth operations
• Set up and implement work instructions and procedures
• Prepare and test new moulds, record machine parameters
• Ensure mould settings are recorded and filed for reference
• Plan mould changes, daily work assignments, and manpower
• Review production orders and schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor rubber compound availability and issue purchase requisitions when needed
• Ensure compliance with control procedures, specifications, and ISO standards
• Study, troubleshoot moulding issues and investigate mould damage
• Train and supervise moulding operators and enforce discipline
