Job summary

PENJUAL MOTORSIKAL (SIMPANG AMPAT, PENANG) seeks a proactive sales representative to open/close operations, manage bike displays, assist walk-in customers, promote promotions, and handle HP loan and cash transactions. You will also support registrations, daily banking, and event promotions.

Responsibilities include collecting loan documents, deposits, data entry in the CAD system, and ensuring correct VIN/engine numbers during pre-delivery. Training and career growth are available within CHJ.

Qualifications

Attend and provide good customer service for every walk in customer.
Serve customers by promoting the latest promotion package and meeting customer needs.
Collect all required documents for loan applications and manage deposits.
Prepare and process registrations and related documentation.

Responsibilities

Open and close the roller shutter daily.
Monitor branch cleanliness and display bikes by brand and model.
Display bikes and attend to walk-in customers with promotions.
Assist customers purchasing by HP loan: collect documents, deposit, input data in CAD system, and coordinate with Finance.
Assist cash payments and bank daily cash into company account.
Support social media advertising and follow up with potential customers.
