• Promote latest promotions and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Collect documents for HP loan and deposits; process payments and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close branches; monitor cleanliness and display bikes by brand/model.
• Provide excellent customer service for walk-ins.
• Handle HP loan workflow: collect documents, deposits, and pass to Finance/Admin; input customer data into CAD.
• For cash purchases, collect documents and deposits, issue invoices, and ensure registration in MY Sikap.
• Verify vehicle details before delivery (engine/chassis, fuel, plate, and Pre-Delivery Inspection).
• Post relevant promotions on social media and capture contact details for follow-up.
• Bank daily cash into company account and maintain daily follow-up checklist if targets are not met.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager on stock and order basic needs; strive to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
