Job summary

SINGA Motor is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor for motorcycle sales at Pelabuhan Klang. You will handle customer enquiries via walk-in, WhatsApp, and online channels, recommend motorcycles based on needs and budget, and guide customers through pricing, financing options, and loan procedures.

You will follow up with prospects, assist with loan documents, and coordinate with Sales Admin on loan status. Expect a dynamic showroom role with KPI-driven monthly targets and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Independent, confident, friendly and sales-driven.
• Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
• Basic social media and WhatsApp skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, WhatsApp and online customer enquiries.
• Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customer needs and budget.
• Explain pricing, promotions, financing options and purchasing procedures.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist customers with documents required for loan applications.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin on loan applications and approval status.
• Maintain good customer relationships before and after sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper sales records.
• Keep updated on new motorcycle models, products and promotions.
• Maintain an attractive and organized showroom and motorcycle display area.
