Job summary

OCBC Bank Malaysia is seeking a Mortgage Loan Specialist to deliver loan advisory and cross-sell a full suite of wealth management products to customers, meeting property financing needs and expanding Premier Banking relationships.

You will drive growth, promote a range of financial solutions, and manage relationships with clients while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
• Preferably 2–3 years sales experience with proven good track record in Financial Institutions and client relationship experience.
• Possess at least license of PCE & CEILE. FIMM will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills.
• Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow mortgage loan business while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet property financing needs.
• Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services, focusing on wealth products including insurance and unit trusts.
• Acquire Premier Banking and new-to-bank customers.
• Optimize customer interaction to deliver sales results and client engagement activities.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulatory risks and compliance matters.
