Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new mortgage products.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to design and develop new mortgage products.
• Working with risk management teams to ensure that new products meet regulatory requirements.
• Developing business cases and product proposals for new mortgage products.
• Launching and promoting new mortgage products to internal stakeholders and customers.
