OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Mortgage Product Specialist to shape the future of home financing, developing innovative mortgage products to meet evolving customer needs and contribute to the growth of our mortgage business.

You will stay ahead of market trends, work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and launch new products, and continuously monitor and refine existing ones to ensure they remain competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, or business.
• 3+ years in product development in banking/financial services.
• Strong analytical and market trend interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new mortgage products
• Collaborating with stakeholders to design and develop new mortgage products
• Working with risk management to ensure that new products meet regulatory requirements
• Developing business cases and product proposals for new mortgage products
• Launching and promoting new mortgage products to internal stakeholders and customers
