Job summary

MFinite Management is hiring a Mortgage Consultant to deliver financing solutions and protection planning services to clients in Malaysia. You will build long-term relationships, meet sales targets, and coordinate with banks and insurers to manage loan submissions and protection products.

The role emphasizes proactive lead generation, customer reviews, and referrals, with structured training and performance incentives to support success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset is essential.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills required.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Experience in mortgage, banking, insurance or financial services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to mortgage enquiries and conduct customer fact-finding.
• Recommend suitable financing solutions and assist clients through loan submission process.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions and follow up on application status.
• Introduce suitable insurance and protection solutions including MRTA / MRTT, Life & Medical Insurance, and Legacy planning.
• Source and identify potential mortgage prospects through networking, referrals, social media, and personal connections.
• Qualify leads based on financing needs, home ownership plans, property purchases, or refinancing opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and prospective customers.
• Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified mortgage leads.
• Maintain customer database and conduct regular customer reviews.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships and referrals.
