Maybank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a mortgage sales professional to identify and secure new mortgage business from both primary and secondary markets, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets. The role involves building strong relationships with solicitors, real estate agents and developers for referrals, while ensuring policy compliance and handling loan documentation inquiries.

This contract-based position welcomes fresh graduates or diploma/degree holders, with at least 2 years of sales

• Self-starter, outgoing with sales drive and presentable appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new mortgage business from primary and secondary market.
• Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the Bank.
• Solicit mortgage business referred by lawyers, agents and developers.
• Maintain relationships with counterparts for referrals and ensure policy compliance.
• Attend to enquiries and follow up on mortgage loan applications and documentation.
