Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates welcome (Diploma & Degree holder).
• Minimum SPM with at least 2 years in sales, preferably mortgage/property.
• Knowledgeable in mortgage business.
• Good contacts with solicitors and property developers are a plus.
• Presentable with strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Self-starter, outgoing and sales-driven.
• Must be mobile and own transport.

Aufgaben

• Identify and acquire new mortgage business for the Bank from primary and secondary markets.
• Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the Bank.
• Solicit mortgage business referred by lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers and valuers.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with business counterparts for referrals.
• Ensure compliance with internal Bank policies.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on mortgage loan applications and documentation.
