AFFIN BANK is seeking a results-driven sales professional based in Malaysia to achieve financing and banking product targets across lending, wealth, and bancassurance offerings. You will execute sales plans, refer business, and ensure quality customer service at the branch level.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and within a team to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and marketing for banking products.
• Possess strong sales and marketing acumen.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve PFC ASB Financing, Smart Money, Education Financing, Personal Financing, ASNB Variables, Bancassurance & Banca Takaful, Credit Card targets as assigned.
• Achieve branch business referral target as assigned.
• Execute sales plan and strategies to achieve the targets assigned.
• Identify potential customers to cross sell the Bank's products and services.
• To lead the branch in promotional activities and campaigns for Loan, Wealth, Bancassurance and Takaful.
