Job summary

Premier Plus Property Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Mortgage Administrator to support loan applications from customers in Malaysia's Johor region. You will coordinate with banks, lawyers and sales teams to ensure timely processing and accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous records, and proactive follow-up to secure approvals and disbursements. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided to grow in banking and property finance.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting or related field.
Experience in mortgage, banking, property, loan processing or sales administration is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in banking/property are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of property loan / mortgage processes is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
Able to handle confidential customer information professionally.
Able to communicate effectively with customers, bankers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Assist in handling and coordinating property loan / mortgage applications.
Collect, check and organise customers’ loan application documents.
Coordinate with customers, banks, mortgage consultants, bankers, lawyers and Sales Executives regarding loan applications.
Follow up and monitor with banks on loan application status, approval and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular loan status reports.
Follow up on pending or incomplete applications to ensure timely submission.
Coordinate with relevant parties for Letter of Offer, loan documentation and disbursement matters.
Maintain proper filing of customer and loan documents.
Ensure all loan cases are updated promptly and accurately.
Perform other duties assigned by the Mortgage / Sales Manager.
