Job summary

Premier Plus Property Sdn Bhd is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute various events effectively. You will liaise with vendors, manage logistics, assist with proposals, and handle on-site coordination.

Your role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in event management or a strong interest in this field.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Event Coordination, Event Management, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in event management are welcome to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to different event venues as needed.

Job description

• Plan, coordinate and execute company events, functions, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, contractors and event partners.
• Assist in preparing event proposals, quotations, budgets, schedules and checklists.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, equipment, decorations, manpower and materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Liaise with guests, VIPs, sponsors, partners and other relevant parties.
• Conduct site visits and assist with event setup and teardown.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities are carried out according to schedule.
• Assist with marketing, promotional and publicity activities related to events.
• Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
• Prepare post-event reports, feedback and documentation.
• Perform other event-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experiencein Event Coordination, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.

Fresh graduates with strong interest in event management are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Creative, proactive, energetic and able to work independently.

Good problem-solving skills and able to handle last-minute changes.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or other design tools is an advantage.

Willing to work weekends, public holidays or outside normal working hours when required for events.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to different event venues when required.
