Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm) seeks a Head of Monetization & Business Development to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, monetization models, and commercial opportunities across divisions.

The role requires building advertising products, sponsorship packages, and corporate sales strategies while leading cross-functional teams to convert platforms, content, traffic, IP, and brand assets into sustainable revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business development, monetization, advertising sales, media sales, or digital media.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and partnership deals.
• Experience with subscription models, in-app purchases, or sponsorships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monetization strategy and business development across divisions.
• Develop advertising products, sponsorships, and partnership packages.
• Identify commercial opportunities across projects, platforms, and content.
• Negotiate deals and close partnerships with brands and agencies.
• Track revenue performance, ROI, and monetization metrics.
• Prepare proposals, rate cards, and client presentations.
