Job summary

Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm) is seeking a Senior Leader to own the growth and operations of BiteShorts, our digital entertainment platform. You will drive user acquisition, activation, engagement and monetisation, while coordinating product, content, platform operations and partnerships.

You will lead a hands-on growth function, deepen activation, retention and revenue, and shape the end-to-end user journey across acquisition channels, product features and experiential mechanics.
