This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and hands-on execution of point-of-sale material placement and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for modern trade accounts.
• Key Account Management - Maintain strong working relationships with modern trade customers, including buyers, category managers, and outlet managers.
• Sales Team Supervision - Supervise and guide sales representatives and merchandisers to ensure effective execution of sales activities.
• Promotion & Trade Marketing Execution - Ensure promotional materials, displays, and product placements are executed according to agreed plans.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Accounts Receivable & Trade Compliance - monitor customer payment terms, outstanding balances, and overdue accounts.
