Job summary

ADI Resourcing seeks a content moderator in Malaysia for a 3-month contract (renewable). You will review content (text and image) to ensure compliance with Content Moderation Guidelines, excluding slurs, profanity, adult content, and uncivil content, while maintaining quality and accuracy.

The role requires resilience to exposure to potentially disturbing material, deep understanding of client policies, and the ability to decide on submissions.

Responsibilities

• Review content (text and image) for quality control and compliance with Content Moderation Guidelines.
• Approve or disapprove new and changed submissions based on guidelines.
• Understand client policies and apply them to decisions.
• Demonstrate resilience when exposed to potentially disturbing content.
• Perform peer audits and assist in training as needed.
• Conduct secondary web research to anticipate user queries.

The key job responsibilities includethe following:

• Reviewcontent (Text/Image) and conduct the content quality control,ensuring the content complies with Content Moderation Guidelines(For example slurs, cuss words, adult content and uncivil content)
• Becomeand remain knowledgeable about online community standardsThoroughly check content with quality and accuracy
• Approveor disapprove new and changed submissions based on the ModerationGuidelines
• In thecontext of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentiallydisturbing content and will need a level of resilience and maturity
• Understandingclient policies and guidelines, and making decisions based on them.
• Demonstratedcreative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsdespite the ambiguity of workflows or instructions
• Provenability to balance multiple priorities and strong attention todetail
• Conductingsecondary web research to know what users are searching on Google sothat relevant information can be provided.
• Creativewriting, consistent format and citations
• To doPeer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist intraining as per need
• AllKPI related tasks must be followed & adhered to avoid businessimpact.
