Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content according to policies
• Identify and remove content violating platform standards
• Apply moderation policies consistently with high-quality output
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy KPIs
• Escalate complex cases per procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of information
• Participate in training and policy updates
• Monitor internal communications and updates
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements
