Job summary

Lavu Tech Solutions in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Immigration/HR Operations specialist to manage end-to-end immigration processes and liaise with mobility offices, consulates, and authorities.

The role requires 3+ years of MY mobility experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and IT literacy to maintain compliant documentation and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree qualification in any field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on working experience of MY mobility and immigration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• IT literate.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on the immigration request and processing support.
• Handle the end-to-end immigration lifecycle such as visa applications, contract stamping, other immigration passes and related immigration processes.
• Prepare, review and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation with accuracy within the timelines and meet regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate files and monitoring on applications status and ensuring audit readiness and easy accessibility of documentation.
• Prepare reports and status updates to internal stakeholders
• Liaise with Group Mobility office, third-party providers, consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities to stay updated on regulatory changes and monitor case progress.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting on other HR operations tasks and initiatives when required.
