Job summary

Today Fix (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a mobile phone repair technician to diagnose hardware and software issues across a range of devices and perform essential repairs.

You will use diagnostic tools, maintain an orderly workspace, document every repair, and communicate clearly with customers about estimates and progress. The role includes learning from senior technicians and managing spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting mobile phone hardware and software.
• Ability to perform screen, battery, port repairs and water damage restoration.
• Good communication to explain repair issues and costs to customers.
• Maintain an organized workspace and document repairs and parts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile phones.
• Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and water damage restoration.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and determine the best repair approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store tools properly.
• Document repairs including parts used, labor time, and customer information.
• Provide updates to customers on repair status and costs.
• Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and learn from their expertise.
• Manage spare parts inventory and report shortages or damages to the supervisor.
