Today Fix (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a dedicated Mobile Phone Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of smartphone models.

You will use diagnostic tools, perform screen replacements, battery changes, and water damage repairs, and maintain a tidy workspace while documenting parts used and time taken.

The role requires a high school diploma and proven repair experience or aptitude in electronics, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
Proven experience in mobile phone repair or demonstrated electronics repair aptitude.
Ability to diagnose and repair common mobile phone faults.
Familiar with iOS and Android operating systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models.
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and water damage restoration.
Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality.
Maintain an organized workspace and proper handling of tools and parts.
Document repair processes, parts used and time taken for inventory and records.
Advise customers on device maintenance and potential issues.
Stay updated with latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
