Diagnose hardware and software issues in mobile phones, using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to identify the root cause of problems.
Perform component-level repairs, including soldering and desoldering of microchips, connectors, and other surface-mounted devices on mobile phone circuit boards.
Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, cameras, and charging ports, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, including operating system errors, application malfunctions, and connectivity problems, using software flashing and debugging techniques.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating technical issues and repair solutions clearly and professionally to customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions, using a computerized system to track inventory and manage service requests.
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies, repair techniques, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.
