Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You'll maintain small to medium buildings and industrial systems, performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs under supervision.

You will assist with installation and modification of equipment, review work orders, and support energy management to ensure efficient operation. Strong attention to safety and building codes is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in building maintenance
• Experience with electrical systems, HVAC and building maintenance
• Able to lift heavy loads and meet physical requirements
• Proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect and diagnose issues; execute repairs to ensure reliable operation.
• Assist installation or modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by maintaining system efficiency.
