Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with 1–2 years of related experience
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders and lift 50 lbs or more
• Good communication and basic MS Office skills

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Diagnose potential problems during routine inspections and repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures and communicate clearly when solving problems.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision and guidance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain facility reliability.
