Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician in Batu Pahat, Malaysia maintains small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair building equipment to ensure reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform light to moderate physical tasks.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Inspect installations and diagnose problems; implement repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with teams.
• Support energy management and ensure system efficiency.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information clearly.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under close supervision and guidance.
