Job summary

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and exchange information clearly.
