Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician in Johor Bahru to maintain small to medium buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support modifications under supervision within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

Ideal candidates hold a technical diploma with 1-2 years in building maintenance, have experience in electrical/HVAC, and can handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Experience in electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Able to meet physical requirements for lifting and climbing.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnose issues.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management for efficient operation.
