Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Basic MS Office skills and ability to follow standard procedures.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
Review work orders and coordinate with systems to track completion.
Support energy management by ensuring building systems run efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Use procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
Contribute to team outputs by following defined duties and processes under supervision.
Deliver own output following procedures and guidelines.
