Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a senior lead who uses expert concepts to resolve critical issues and shape broad design matters in Malaysia. You will influence future concepts, products, or technologies and build networks with key decision-makers while possibly acting as an external spokesperson.

Ideal candidates possess 14+ years of related experience with a degree mix including Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD and will have strong planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership

• Plan, staff, budget, manage expenses, and implement changes and methods.
• Interact regularly with executives and major customers; negotiate and influence senior leaders.

• As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters
• Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
• Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as external spokesperson for the organization
• Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• May direct and control the activities of a broad function in one or more functional areas
• Has overall responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes and methods
• Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization
• Typically requires a minimum 14 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 9 years experience
