Job summary

Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking a senior lead who uses expert concepts to resolve critical issues and shape broad design matters in Malaysia. You will influence future concepts, products, or technologies and build networks with key decision-makers while possibly acting as an external spokesperson.

Ideal candidates possess 14+ years of related experience with a degree mix including Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD and will have strong planning, budgeting, and organizational leadership

Qualifications

Requires 14+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years with a Master's, or a PhD with 9+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Develop resolutions to critical issues and broad design matters.
Address issues impacting business success and future concepts, products or technologies.
Create formal networks with key decision-makers; may serve as external spokesperson.
Exercise wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Direct and control activities of a broad function across one or more areas.
Plan, staff, budget, manage expenses, and implement changes and methods.
Interact regularly with executives and major customers; negotiate and influence senior leaders.
