Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a data analytics professional to manage MIS reporting, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with various teams to derive insights. The role emphasizes compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in MIS/Data Analytics, strong reporting skills, and hands-on coding experience in SAS, MSSQL, Python, R, Excel VBA, and Qlikview. Experience in FI is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years in MIS and Data Analytics fields.
• Strong in MIS or reporting skills.
• Preferable with analytical mind and possess business acumen.
• Hands on coding experience in SAS, MSSQL, Python, R, Excel VBA, Qlikview (any 2 and more).
• Experience in FI will be added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost effectively within budget to meet business objectives.
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction on the MIS generated.
• Enhance efficiencies in MIS reporting & fulfillment and partner with insight and campaign team to analyze MIS and insight.
• Partner with Information Management Team and Datawarehouse team to ensure data accuracy and readiness.
• Ensure data and MIS handling are in line with internal policies/guidelines as well as complying with external legislation issued by BNM/ABM.
• Identify and escape risks inherent in particular situations or transactions. Assess, control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial
• Conduct business and day to day activities contributing to a 'no surprise' compliance culture by ensuring adherence to the Group's AML program, policies and procedures
• Provides clear support, guidance, and prioritization to the team while continuing to develop myself professionally.
