Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR reporting analyst to coordinate recurring HR reporting, dashboards and data administration. You will maintain calendars, gather data from stakeholders and prepare packs for Board and EXCO reviews.

The role requires 3–6 years in HR reporting or analytics, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with dashboard tools like Power BI. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• 3-6 years of working experience in HR, reporting, administration or analytics support roles.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or dashboard tools would be an advantage.
• Good coordination and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring HR reporting requirements for Board, EXCO, governance and management stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting calendars, trackers and submission schedules to ensure timely completion and submission of all HR reports.
• Gather, validate and consolidate HR data and inputs from relevant stakeholders for reporting purposes.
• Prepare and compile HR reporting packs, including Board, EXCO and management reporting materials, for review by the HR team.
• Follow up on outstanding inputs, reporting requirements and action items to support timely submissions.
• Track reporting deadlines, submission status and governance actions where required.
• Maintain reporting templates, documentation and reporting records to support consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain and update HR dashboards on a regular basis.
• Prepare standard HR reports covering workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment and employee movements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
