Job summary

Malamin Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to join our mining production operations in Sintok, Kedah. You will manage end-to-end procurement, source materials and equipment, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery at competitive prices to keep our site running smoothly.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in mining or heavy industry is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Mining, manufacturing, construction or heavy industry experience is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from requisition to delivery and PO.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for mining materials, machinery parts, tools and PPE.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to site.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.
