Job summary

Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering seeks a junior Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our ICT team in Pasir Gudang. You will support day-to-day operations of Outlook/Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring stable daily business activities.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role includes user access management, mailbox configuration, Teams support, SharePoint permissions, and incident resolution, with training and growth opportunities within MMHE.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related discipline; fresh graduate acceptable.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support Microsoft 365 services to ensure stable daily business operations.
• Execute user access management, mailbox configuration, Teams collaboration support, SharePoint permissions, and OneDrive synchronization support.
• Support server/data center operations through basic health checks and escalation.
• Execute patching, configuration changes, access management, and compliance tasks as per ICT policies.
• Assist backup, restore, and recovery activities for Microsoft 365 services and server/data center recovery as directed.
• Review and update existing policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support service improvements and incident resolution for Microsoft 365 and related datacenter tasks.
• Collaborate with executives to ensure backup coverage and service continuity.
