Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on Meta Ads experience with measurable results.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut and AI tools.
• Understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test and scale profitable Facebook and Instagram campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Plan social calendar and create attention-grabbing static visuals and short Reels using Canva and CapCut.
• Write persuasive ad hooks and engaging captions for daily posts.
• Monitor daily ad spend, cut underperforming ads, scale winning campaigns and ensure tracking is accurate.
• Provide weekly reporting on CPL/CPA, CTR, ROAS and page engagement with clear next steps.
