QNE, based in Malaysia, is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and more, and collaborate with influencers and vendors to grow the brand and engage customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• 2–4 years of digital marketing or campaign execution experience.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• CRM platforms: HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
• Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience working with external vendors/suppliers for marketing material production.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is an advantage, especially for managing XHS content).

Responsabilités

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and promotional calendars.
• Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), etc.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance based on insights and KPIs.
• Design visuals and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for campaigns and social engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators for branded partnerships.
• Manage and update website content in coordination with the web and product teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for marketing collaterals (e.g., banners, flyers, merchandise).
• Utilize CRM tools to support lead management, campaign segmentation, and customer engagement.
• Track campaign results and provide performance reports and actionable recommendations.
