You will manage Meta advertising, content production, and performance tracking, while ensuring timely briefs, deadlines, and high-quality outputs. This position offers growth within a dynamic retail/FMCG environment.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–5 years in social media, digital marketing, content production or brand communications; retail/FMCG preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in campaign planning, performance analysis, Meta advertising and cross-department coordination.
• Experience guiding a small creative/media team, with a portfolio covering content strategy, video/visual work and campaign results.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly and campaign content strategy with clear pillars, audiences, publishing priorities and goals.
• Provide direction to the Media Executive and Graphic Designers through briefs, priorities, deadlines and quality standards; approve outputs.
• Plan digital support for membership campaigns, promotions, products, outlets and events including schedules and post-campaign review.
• Lead scripts, shoot lists, photo/video production, livestreams, on-camera support and final editing quality.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising within approved budgets; track reach, engagement, traffic, registrations and sales.
• Establish campaign tracking using Bitly, GA4 or other tools; prepare monthly content and paid-media reports with recommendations.
• Maintain brand and information accuracy across social media, print materials, app visuals, in-store TVs and outlet displays.
• Manage KOLs and creative partners; develop SOPs/templates; maintain the media library; coordinate cross-department deliverables.
