MYSense Sdn Bhd is hiring a Meta Ads Manager in Malaysia to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms. You will analyze ROAS, conversions, and engagement, perform A/B testing, and collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad visuals and copy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Meta Ads experience, solid grasp of marketing metrics, and a data-driven mindset. Flexible working hours with 1 day WFH, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in Meta Ads Management.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics: CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, conversions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Comfortable managing five-figure monthly budgets.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal teams.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, conversions, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ensure ads are running effectively.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad visuals and copy.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy updates, and audience targeting improvements.
• Assist with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
