Job summary

Ant International is seeking an experienced product professional to own the end-to-end merchant experience for Antom's self-service products in Malaysia. You will guide onboarding, KYC, payment method enablement, and the merchant portal to ensure a seamless journey from signup to ongoing engagement.

You will lead AI-powered features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define metrics to drive continuous improvement based on merchant feedback and data.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, merchant-facing focus.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered features or LLM-enabled self-service.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and payment tech in SEA.
  • Experience coordinating with business and technical teams.
  • Analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Thrives in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Own end-to-end merchant experience for self-service products, onboarding, KYC, payments, portal, and data services.
  • Champion AI-native merchant services and pilot Copilot integration.
  • Serve as primary product contact for internal teams and merchants, ISVs, platform partners.
  • Define, track, and improve merchant experience metrics using data and feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into product specs and user stories for engineering.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, operations and business teams.
  • Understand merchant behavior through research, data analysis and testing.

The role involves owning the end-to-end merchant experience for Antom's self-service products, ensuring a seamless journey from onboarding to ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end merchant experience for Antom's self-service products, covering merchant onboarding and KYC, payment method enablement, the merchant portal, and data services.
  • Champion AI-native merchant services, working with Copilot, our embedded AI capability that powers core portal features, to reduce merchant effort across self-service journeys.
  • Serve as the merchant service expert and consultant, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams and external merchants, ISVs, and platform partners.
  • Define, track, and improve merchant experience metrics, using behavioral data, merchant feedback, and research to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories, ensuring engineering teams deliver quality outcomes on time.
  • Collaborate across product, design, engineering, operations, and business teams to serve Antom's diverse merchant base with unified product capabilities.
  • Understand merchant mindset and behavior through research, observation, data analysis, and end-to-end testing.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product experience in the payment or fintech industry, with 3+ years in merchant-facing product management such as merchant onboarding, merchant portal, KYC, or data services.
  • Experience shipping AI-powered product features, or a strong working understanding of how LLM-based capabilities can improve self-service experiences.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, payment technology, and key industry players, particularly across SEA markets.
  • Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably including payment services integration and ISV or platform partner collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to run qualitative and quantitative research and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational acumen and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment built on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken & written.
