Responsibilities

• Ensure all onboarded merchants are accurately listed in the Atome app.
• Coordinate and source merchant assets such as logos and descriptions.
• Perform regular checks to keep merchant information updated and compliant.
• Assist in end-to-end merchant onboarding activities.
• Support documentation preparation and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Exposure Visibility
• Ensure all onboarded merchants are accurately listed and visible in the Atome app.
• Coordinate and source required merchant assets (e.g. logos, images, descriptions) where needed.
• Perform regular checks to ensure merchant information is complete, up‑to‑date, and compliant with internal standards.
• Merchant Onboarding Support
• Assist the team in end‑to‑end merchant onboarding activities.
• Support documentation preparation, data entry, and internal coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data, or a related field.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data handling.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
