Job summary

Ant International seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Antom's merchant experience in Malaysia. You will own the end-to-end journey from onboarding to KYC, enable payment methods, the merchant portal, and data services, partnering across product, design, and engineering to deliver top-tier self-service experiences.

You will champion AI-native merchant features, work with Copilot to power core portal capabilities, and drive data-driven improvements across Southeast Asian markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience in fintech or payments.
• 3+ years in merchant-facing product management (onboarding, portal, KYC, data services).
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and integrating AI into self-service journeys.
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and matrix environment adaptability.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end merchant experience for self-service products from onboarding to data services.
• Champion AI-native merchant services and reduce merchant effort across journeys.
• Serve as expert and consultant to internal teams, merchants, ISVs, and partners.
• Define, track, and improve merchant experience metrics using data and feedback.
• Translate business needs into clear product specs and user stories for engineering.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Understand merchant behavior through research, data analysis, and testing.
