TMaker Sales Sdn Bhd in Semenyih, Malaysia, seeks a Merchandiser Executive to coordinate customer orders, internal production and China suppliers from order confirmation to delivery. The role requires Mandarin fluency for China communications and English/Bahasa Malaysia for internal collabo-ration.

You will handle garment costings, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse and QC to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• Check supplier quotations and costing calculations for errors before orders are confirmed or released for production.
• Identify order discrepancies, costing errors, material shortages and potential delays, and coordinate timely corrective action.
• Maintain accurate order specifications, costing sheets, supplier quotations, approvals and progress updates in the company system.
• Provide Sales and management with accurate cost information for selling-price and order-approval decisions.

As our production continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Merchandiser Executive to coordinate customer orders, internal production and China suppliers from order confirmation until final delivery.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will manage customised-apparel orders, prepare accurate garment costings and coordinate closely with local and China suppliers, Sales, Purchasing, Design, Production, Warehouse and QC.

You will be based at our Semenyih production facility. Regular communication with China suppliers is an essential part of the role, so applicants must be able to speak, read and write Mandarin confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customised-apparel orders from confirmation through production until final delivery.

Verify order specifications, artwork, quantities, sizing, materials, production methods and delivery deadlines.

Independently prepare complete garment costings, including fabric consumption and wastage, accessories, printing, embroidery, sewing, packaging, subcontracting, freight and other applicable production costs.

Obtain, compare and negotiate quotations, material prices, MOQs, lead times and production costs with local and China suppliers.

Who We Are Looking For

Confident in spoken and written Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication with China suppliers.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience in garment merchandising, apparel manufacturing, garment costing or production coordination.

Able to independently prepare garment costings, including fabric consumption, wastage, material costs, accessories, printing, embroidery, sewing, packaging and total production costs.

Good understanding of garment materials, measurement specifications and apparel-production processes.

Able to compare supplier quotations, MOQs, lead times, currencies and delivery costs accurately.

Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Able to work on-site in Semenyih according to the required working schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

At least two years of relevant experience in garment merchandising, apparel manufacturing, garment costing or production coordination.

Experience coordinating local and China suppliers.

Familiarity with Excel, costing sheets, WeChat, Alibaba, 1688 or order-tracking systems.

Own transport is preferred.

RM3,500 to RM4,300 per month, negotiable based on relevant experience and skills.

Working Hours and Location

Full-time position based at TMaker Production, Semenyih, Selangor.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm.
