SmartMaster in Malaysia is seeking a merchandising administrator to support product data accuracy, order tracking, and supplier coordination. You will manage item master data, generate PO details, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires Excel expertise, Mandarin language ability, and strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate with China suppliers.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Update product information, PO details, SKU codes, costing, pricing, and delivery data.
• Create item codes and maintain item master data (descriptions, pricing, price types).
• Organize order sheets, delivery status sheets, packing lists, and tech packs.
• Track order progress, sample deadlines, and shipment schedules for timely delivery.
• Follow up with factories and vendors on samples, production, and delivery updates.
• Prepare and maintain sales, stock, and order-status reports accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or discrepancies.
• Support merchandise planning and stock replenishment.

Perform general merchandising administrative tasks, including accurately updating product information, purchase order (PO) details, SKU codes, costing, pricing, and delivery data.

Create item codes and ensure all item master data in the system, including descriptions, pricing, and price types, are accurate and up to date.

Organize and maintain order sheets, order summary sheets, delivery status sheets, merchandising plan sheets, packing lists, tech packs, and order samples systematically.

Track order progress, sample deadlines, and shipment schedules to support timely delivery.

Follow up with factories and vendors on sample development, production progress, and delivery updates.

Prepare, update, and maintain sales, sell-through, stock inventory, and order status reports accurately and on time.

Monitor stock positions and inventory levels regularly and highlight any shortages, discrepancies, or potential supply issues.

Assist the immediate superior in coordinating merchandise plans and monitoring stock availability to support timely replenishment.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or administration is preferred.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.

Good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate with China suppliers.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
