Job summary

Creative Stationery in Malaysia is seeking a merchandising/customer service focused individual to support rack arrangement, replenishment, and order processing. You will maintain records, resolve complaints, and maximize customer satisfaction while coordinating promotions and merchandising plans.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience (fresh graduates welcome) and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English, with strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Education: at least SPM or Diploma.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, arrange racks, replenish as needed.
• Process orders and maintain transaction records.
• Identify and resolve customer problems with effective solutions.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Plan and develop merchandising strategies.
• Monitor product movement, consider markdowns and promotions.
• Create store layout plans and maintain shelves/inventory.
• Build relationships with channel partners to close deals.
• Assist in marketing plans, promotions, and related merchandising tasks.
• Support supervisor with additional processes as required.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Provide service to customers such as arrange rack, replenishment and etc.
• 2. Order processing
• 3. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
• 4. Identify and resolve customer’s problems and complaints by selection the best solution
• 5. Ensure the maximum of customer satisfaction
• 6. Planning and developing merchandising strategies
• 7. Monitor product movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs to maximize profit
• 8. Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory of customers
• 9. Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• 10. Involve in doing marketing plan and proposal, organizing promotion event, planning promotion plan and etc. related to merchandising
• 11. Assist in the preparation of other processes as and when assigned/required by the Supervisor.
• 12. Ad-hoc Task

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education : Candidate must possess a least a SPM or Diploma.
• Experience : At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably candidate with experience in merchandising or customer service.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
