Job summary

OSY Marketing Solution in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Purchasing professional to join our team. You will source products from local and China suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate favorable terms while coordinating orders and logistics.

With 3–5 years in purchasing, merchandising, or sourcing, you should understand import processes, supplier management, and Mandarin communication with China-based suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in China sourcing and supplier management preferred.
• Mandarin communication with China-based suppliers essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Source products and materials from local and China suppliers
• Identify new products and develop & evaluate potential suppliers
• Compare quotations, negotiate pricing and secure favourable purchasing terms
• Manage purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules, product quality and logistics
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Merchandising, Sourcing or related roles
• Experience in home improvement, building materials, renovation or related industries is preferred
• Experience in China sourcing and supplier management is highly preferred
• Knowledge of import and logistics processes will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate in Mandarin with China-based suppliers
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with good attention to detail and execution
