Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing process: vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, focusing on international suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, finance and operations to align procurement with business needs.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance and drive initiatives for quality, lead time reduction and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop the procurement team to build capabilities and high performance.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations and supply chain risks; proactively manage issues.
• Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives in line with corporate responsibility objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, with a particular focus on suppliers in China to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising, logistics, finance, and operations teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Continuously evaluate supplier performance and drive initiatives for quality improvement, lead time reduction, and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team to build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
